Anca Damour

She is one of the most important leaders in the retail industry in the country. She has nearly 20 years of experience in developing strategic national programs with an impact on agriculture and local communities. He is a member of the Executive Boards of Hospice House of Hope, AmCham, One United Properties, and the Foundation for Agricultural Development.
Alexandra Popa
Alexandra is President and Executive Director of the Romanian Centre for European Policy (CRPE), one of the most important think tanks in Romania. She has more than 14 years of experience in the NGO sector. Since 2012, Alexandra has been coordinating CRPE research and advocacy projects on public policy in the fields of rural development, the inclusion of vulnerable groups, and vocational and technical education (TPI).
Amalia Năstase
Amalia Nastase is passionate about communication and founded the advertising agency, Eventures, in 2008. In early 2014, Eventures became the official partner of Havas Sports & Entertainment, one of the largest media and brand communication networks in the world. At the end of 2013, Amalia has a better understanding of the needs of her clients. So, she launches a new agency dedicated to PR and communication services, offering complete solutions for Brand Reputation Management: Amalia Nastase Communications. Moreover, Amalia is the president of the Ronald McDonald Children's Foundation which provided accommodation for 19,000 families of children admitted to hospitals. Also, she is Ambassador of the Save the Children Romania NGO for the campaign to reduce infant mortality and a member of the board of directors of the Renaissance Foundation.
Florin Pogonaru
Florin Pogonaru is a Doctor of Economics, businessman and President of the Romanian Businessmen's Association since 2000. He is also coordinator (by rotation) of the Coalition for the Development of Romania (a platform that brings together foreign investor organizations and active chambers of commerce in Romania). Florin has actively contributed to the legislative and regulatory processes in Romania. In this capacity, he is continuously linked to government officials and local offices of the EBRD and IFC, as well as to the World Bank and IMF, regarding the modernization of the Romanian business environment.
Dan Ștefan
Dan Stefan is an entrepreneur passionate about the development of sustainable, learning-oriented people and organizations. He believes in management based on autonomy and especially on values. Dan studied management in Bucharest, Orleans, and Sorbonne. Then he was a management consultant at a prestigious practice in Paris for almost 5 years. In 2006 he chose the path of entrepreneurship and founded Autonom with his brother. Autonom is leader of the car rental market and mobility services in Romania. He is also a management professor at the Romanian-Canadian MBA at Bucharest Business School.
Daniel Sandu
Daniel Sandu is a sociologist with academic and practical experience in the field of economic and social development. He studied in Europe as well as in the United States. Daniel now works at the European University Institute in Florence, which is part of the European Commission tasked with advanced social studies. Recently, he has provided advice to international institutions such as the European Commission, the World Bank, and the United Nations. He also advised international foundations such as Friedrich Ebert Stiftung and Die Zeitung Stiftung, as well as civil society initiatives in Romania.
