Florin Pogonaru is a Doctor of Economics, businessman and President of the Romanian Businessmen's Association since 2000. He is also coordinator (by rotation) of the Coalition for the Development of Romania (a platform that brings together foreign investor organizations and active chambers of commerce in Romania).
